Sprawdzenie dysku

Widziałem, że są tu eksperci potrafiący ocenić stan dysku dlatego poddałem swój również testowi. Serwer dość stary, zamówiony dwa lata temu. Wydaje mi się, że powoli czeka mnie wymiana:
